The Cottage
There are 3 large twin bedrooms, with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and WC. There is also an upstairs shower room with WC and a downstairs cloakroom with WC.
The fully-fitted kitchen is comprehensively equipped, with Rayburn oven, conventional electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large separate utility room with a Butler sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, with plenty of hanging/drying space.
The spacious living room has the benefit of a Log Burner, plenty of seating, satellite freeview wide-screen TV and DVD player.
Other facilities include a stairgate, free Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, garden furniture and BBQ, plus a cot and highchair are also provided. There is plenty of car parking space, which is a real bonus in Port Gaverne.
All bed linen, duvets and pillows, bath and hand towels, electricity and full central heating are included in the price. Please bring your own beach towels. Our changeover agents note the utility meter readings and if the useage is noticably more than the seasonal average we do reserve to make additional charges for oil, water and electricity.

Pets
We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets to The Moorings, but would ask that you do not allow them upstairs, on the furniture or beds, left alone indoors, or to roam outside unattended. (Due to proximity of neighbours, The Moorings is not suitable for dogs that bark excessively.)
Arrival & Departure
The key to the back door is stored in a lock-box and is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. The code, directions and other pre-arrival information will be provided on confirmation of booking. Guests are requested to vacate the premises by 10am on the morning of their departure.
